Note: In the case of very small medical regulatory authorities in countries without World Bank classification, or in countries with World Bank classification that is inflated by significant levels of international aid, the Management Committee has discretion to reduce the membership fee to that of the lowest national or sub-national category as appropriate.
Within each World Bank category, Members and sub-national Members may apply for a fee reduction if their IAMRA membership fee exceeds US$0.50 per licensee. Documentation, such as an annual report that verifies the medical regulatory authority's licensee number, is required in support of the application. If approved , the fee will be reduced to that of the next lower World Bank category.
*Multi-national and International organizations fall in the category for the country in which their headquarters or secretariats are located.
